     Edward Raymond Murray was born in February 1889.1 He was the son of Michael C. Murray and Clara Sholder. Edward Raymond Murray married Margaret E. Bower, daughter of Christian L. Bower and Margaret [—?—], circa 1915.2 Edward Raymond Murray died on 18 January 1953 at Underwood Convalescent Home, Pennsylvania, at age 63 years and 11 months.1 He was buried on 20 January 1953 in the Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Clyde E. Rickabaugh.1
     He became a widower at the age of 61 with the death of Margaret on 5 September 1950.2
