     Elizabeth B. Sholder was born in 1833 at Centre County, Pennsylvania.3,4 She was the daughter of Christian August Scholderer and Anna Margareta Lutscher.2 Elizabeth B. Sholder married Thomas Mahaffey, son of William Mahaffey and Susan Bowers, in 1854.5,2,4 Elizabeth B. Sholder died on 14 June 1916 at age 83 years. She was buried on 16 June 1916 in the Mound Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     Elizabeth B. Sholder appears in family photograph on 24 August 1912 Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. This was taken as a part of a family reunion in which this photograph appeared in the Sunday Grit on 1 September 1912. She appears in family portrait on 24 August 1912.
