Kahler and Mable Viola Sholder, in 1991.1 Margaret Elizabeth Gray died on 3 October 1999 at age 82 years, 9 months and 14 days.1,3,2 She was buried on 8 October 1999 in the Bluff Cemetery, located in Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.3
She graduated in 1936 from Springdale High School, located in Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas.3 She was elementary grade school teacher for 5 years and served 15 years as a certified dental assistant in Arkansas, California, and Oklahoma.3 Her obituary was published on 7 October 1999 in the The Daily Oklahoman, printed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. She graduated from Springdale High School in 1936, attended Ouachita Baptist College & the University of AR [Arkansas]. She was an elementary grade school teacher for 5 yrs., served 15 yrs. as a certified dental assistant in AR [Arkansas], CA [California], and OK [Oklahoma]. She also served as guest instructor in the Dental Dept. at Los Angeles City College. In 1972 she became a Certified Nursing Assistant where she worked at Bethany General Hospital, Baptist Medical Center, and Baptist Home Health Care Corp. She is survived by her husband, Albert T. Kahler, of the home; one son, Billy Ray Whitington, Lewisville, TX [Texas]; one granddaughter, Lisa Whitington, Las Vegas, NV [Nevada]; one brother, Doyle Gray; a sister, Ola Philpott, Van Buren, AR [Arkansas]; and multiple nieces and nephews. She was a member of Ridgecrest Methodist Church, OKC [Oklahoma City]. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Fri., Oct. 8, at Bluff Cemetery, Springdale, AR. MERCER-ADAMS (Formerly Gene Adams).3 The Social Security Death Index gives the last residence of record for Margaret as Bethany, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.2
