     Elwood O. Lilley was born on 17 April 1924.1,3 He was the son of Oscar Franklin Lilley and Madeline Mildred Sholder.3 Elwood O. Lilley married, at age 24, Lois E. Flayhart on Monday, 4 October 1948.3 Elwood O. Lilley died on 14 February 2000 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 75 years, 9 months and 28 days.1,3 He was buried on 17 February 2000 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend David L. Weaver.3
