     Clarence S. Cohick was born on 23 February 1911 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3,2 He was the son of Ira Calvin Cohick and Anna Bryan.3 Clarence S. Cohick married Muriel C. Hafer, daughter of Irvin Hafer and Esther Ann Hoffa, in 1940.4,1,3 Clarence S. Cohick died on 12 January 1999 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 87 years, 10 months and 20 days.2,3 He was buried on 18 January 1999 in the Woodward Township Cemetery, located in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Reverend Richard A. Clark.3
     He became a widower at the age of 83 with the death of Muriel on 19 July 1994.3,5 The Social Security Death Index gives the last residence of record for Clarence as Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
