     Harry Mahaffey was born in September 1896 at Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Samuel L. Mahaffey and Ida Hackley. Harry Mahaffey died in 1954 at age 57 years.1 He was buried in the Mountain Ash Cemetery, located in Laporte, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania.1
