     Edna Beatrice Sholder was born on 4 October 1904.1 She was the daughter of Edward Sholder and Pearl A. Berry.1 Edna Beatrice Sholder was baptized, at age 8 years, 2 months and 30 days, on Friday, 3 January 1913 at Bethel United Presbyterian Church, Bottle Run, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4 She married, at age 18, LaVerne Arden Ludwig, age 20, son of Jacob Edward Ludwig and Kathryn Barbara Schon, on Thursday, 10 May 1923 at Lutheran Church Parsonage, Quiggleville, Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend M. M. Kitts.1,2,3 Edna Beatrice Sholder died on 29 August 1956 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 51 years, 10 months and 25 days.1 She was buried on 1 September 1956 in the Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
     As of 1956, Edna Beatrice Sholder and LaVerne Arden Ludwig lived at 2017 Misner Road, Williamsport, Pennsylvania.1
