     Frederick Sholder was born on 8 March 1872 at Sholder Farm, Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4,2 He was the son of Charles Emanuel Sholder and Mary Anna Kinley.1 Frederick Sholder married, at age 23, Matilda Helen Miller, age 21, daughter of David Miller Jr. and Sarah Barner, on Tuesday, 14 January 1896 at Presbyterian Parsonage, Newberry, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Edward P. Morse.4,2,3 Frederick Sholder died on 4 May 1931 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 59 years, 1 month and 26 days.4,2 He was buried in the Buchanan Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
