Jody Lynn Sholder was born on 21 November 1965 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2 She was the daughter of Donald Larue Sholder and Celain Marie Jows.1 Jody Lynn Sholder married, at age 20, Douglas Neil Packard, son of Leo Packard and Lucille Tice, in May 1986 at Calvary Baptist Church, Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 Jody Lynn Sholder died on 30 October 2000 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, Monongalia County, West Virginia, at age 34 years, 11 months and 9 days.1,2 She was buried on 6 November 2000 in the Forest Hill Cemetery, located in Union County, Pennsylvania. The funeral service was officiated by Pastor Bill Toothman, Reverend Bruce McBride and Reverend Dave Huckins.1
