Kinley.1 Phillip Clyde Bower married, at age 34, Grace Minerva Weigle, age 26, daughter of Judson Fulmore Weigle and Annie Marina Sholder, on Tuesday, 2 July 1946.1,2 Phillip Clyde Bower died on 30 March 1994 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 81 years, 11 months and 20 days.4,2 He was buried on 2 April 1994 in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3
