     Esther E. Derr was born on 21 March 1932 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2 She was the daughter of Henry L. Derr and Lavina Ellen Shuman.1,2 Esther E. Derr married, at age 17, Ronald Floyd Calkins, son of Floyd Douglas Calkins and Carrie Elizabeth Updegraff, on Saturday, 16 July 1949 at Winchester, Winchester County, Virginia.1 Esther E. Derr died on 6 June 2009 at Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 77 years, 2 months and 16 days.2 She was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
